We’re in peach season and there are lots of ways to use peaches. For health and taste, get them from a farmers market or produce stand. For best flavor, get peaches grown as locally as possible.

You can freeze peaches without blanching them. Just wash them, cut into slices, place on a cookie sheet, and put in the freezer until frozen. Then transfer them to a plastic bag and store in the freezer.
