Yoga Therapy
Many poor food choices are the result of stress and anxious feelings. Yoga therapy helps with physical health, emotional balance, mental focus, methods to effectively deal with life situations, and spiritual growth.
I have a particular approach that’s been time-tested by me for decades. It yields highly effective results. It includes in-depth work on breathing, relaxation, meditation, and yoga philosophy. Asanas (postures) might also be included as needed to support the core work.
I am a certified yoga therapist through International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and have studied and practiced yoga in the US and India for over 45 years, as well as training teachers in both countries.

EFT Session
Also called acupuncture without needles, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) are an effective method to access the energy body through tapping on the acupuncture points for psychological and physical healing. EFT can be used as a self-help tool, or done with a qualified practitioner.
How long it takes to get results depends on the nature of the challenge. The root of the problem needs to be tapped on as well as all its aspects. This can take a single session for something simple, or several sessions for a more complex issue, such as weight loss.
I am an Intermediate Level Certified EFT practitioner and work on a variety of issues, including release of painful past experiences, family and other relationships, changing habit patterns, and releasing fears.

Food Planning Session
Along with releasing emotional blocks and limiting beliefs, we need to know what foods are healthy for our body and mind. This can be confusing with all the different approaches to diet that are now available.
My approach is to have you eat a whole foods diet geared to your individual needs and constitutional type. Such a diet supports a healthy gut microbiome and reduces food cravings. In addition, it’s important to add some flexibility to your diet so you can enjoy social gatherings, dinners, and vacations without feeling guilty if you eat something outside of your usual regime.
It’s not important to be a vegetarian, vegan, or meat eater. What’s important is to create the balance that works for you and to eat high quality foods whenever possible.

Hypnosis Session
Hypnosis is a relaxed state or condition in which the client becomes highly responsive to suggestions of a positive nature. Memory and awareness of self can be altered by the suggestions given. All the effects may be extended post-hypnotically.
The effects may include: changing a habit pattern, improving performance, releasing attachment to past traumas and emotionally upsetting experiences, gaining confidence to achieve a goal, and overcoming a fear.
Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is often effectively used in conjuction with NLP. It is sometimes called ‘waking hypnosis’ because no trance is needed to do the work. NLP is a practical application of how people think. Language patterns are modified, as these patterns indicate a person’s mental state and self-talks. Neurological patterns are also modified so that we can rewire ourselves for a more successful goal outcome.

Life Balance Coaching
Leading a happy and successful life is all about balance. As we balance the different elements in our life we automatically feel more fulfilled. These elements include: work, family, friends, hobbies, social life, spiritual/religious life, health and wellness. In these sessions, we explore which areas of your life are working, and which need strengthening. Then we proceed to set goals, design a plan for success, and monitor your progress.
