Here’s how you can make healthy popsicles, quick and easy. In a recent blog I showed you how to make healthy banana ice cream. If you liked that recipe, you’ll probably like this one too. Blend together:

1 13.5-oz. can coconut milk

2 6-oz. packages of fresh raspberries (or pick your own or buy them at the Farmer’s Market and guestimate the conversion)

3-4T raw honey

1t vanilla extract

2T coconut oil

Blend on high until creamy. Pour into popsicle molds and insert sticks.  Freeze for at least 3 hrs. Your healthy popsicles are ready!

Variations: Use other fruit, add some of your favorite nut butter, add some cacao powder.

Fruits are very nutrient-dense, especially berries, so you are satisfying your sweet tooth while you pack in the nutrients your body loves.
